Blackburn War Memorial is a war memorial located in Blackburn, Lancashire, England. It was unveiled on 2 August 1924.

Plans for the memorial and Garden of Remembrance were approved on 5 October 1922.
In the gardens of Corporation Park is Bertram Mackennal’s bronze sculpture of a woman holding in her arms a dying youth; the centrepiece of Blackburn’s memorial to the dead of World War I and World War II.
The memorial stands in front of a water basin with two fountains and on each side of the memorial the sculptured head of a lion has water pouring from its mouth.
